I'm one. I think I'll have a Tatuaje Miami tonight. While I'm grilling/egging, I enjoy having an El Baton. Lasts very long and taste's VERY GOOD!

Rod glad to know you stay in character!
-
Big fan...3-5 per day.
Best place to buy...Famous Cigars in PA -
I've always been partial to Macanudos myself, the Prince Phillips. I also like a nice Bauza robusto if I can find one or a Por Larranaga Pyramid.
-
The best place to buy (in my opinion) is http://www.cgarsltd.co.uk/index.php
You know, if you're looking for stuff that might be available that is otherwise not available around these parts, if you catch my drift. Stuff that is grown and rolled on a tiny island about 60 miles south of Miami.
Great guys to deal with.
For the sticks from other countries I generally stop in at JR in North Carolina or order from Holt's. -
I'm partial to the heavy stuff. Ashton VSG, Fuente Anejos, Padron Anniversarios, Camacho Double Ligero, Bolivars, and an occasional Partagas or Cohiba.
-
mmmm... Montcristo #2.
-
Make mine with a Cameroon wrapper.

If any of you smoke Mysterioso brand cigars you may find this article interesting.

Rocky Patels when I can get them....they only sell Cubans in Thailand and as an Ameican it is illegal to purchase (at least it was that way as of a year or two ago)...so of course I don't ever smoke a Cuban
Mike -
I like the La Flor's as well. Also like Oliva serie V,
CAO Brazilia, Cain F, ....... and many more. Currently buy mine from cigar.com and some UK outlets once in a while. -
Cohiba Esplandido or Padron Aniversary any. Always one or two while Eggin'

Eggers Prayer-
Our egg, which art in sizes, hallowed be thy smoke, thy will be grilled, at home as it is at eggfest. Give us this clay our daily brisket and forgive us our rubs, as we forgive those who gas grill against us, and lead us not to flashback but deliver us from overnighters. For thine is the grill, the smoke, the egg. Let's eat!

I don't smoke cigars, but my sister enjoys them, once in a while.

Joe,
It really sucks here, all we get is that Cuban crap

Swisher Sweets Just kidding. Fuente is my go to cigar.
I like trying different kinds. Padron is also very good. While in Cuba in 2001 with one of the East Cobb Baseball teams my son played on, we visited the Partagas factory. That was pretty cool.Fred V. Smyrna,Ga. -
The last time I was in Detroit, I hopped on over to Windsor to snap up a few Cubans. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to secure financing (not enough equity in my home), so I left empty-handed. :(
I don't know if it was all bad, though...the last time a buddy brought me a Cuban, it was some 9" long monster that looked like it had been dipped in creosote. I smoked about 3/4 of it, laid down around 5:00 in the afternoon and didn't get up until late the next morning. -
I'm a cigar smoker. I like JR Cigars...Really like their alternatives. I like Special Jamacans by Mayfair. Try www.JRCigars.com
Stef in Brunswick,Oh. -
I enjoy a cigar every once in awhile. Not too often though. I got into it through my dad which didn't make my mom happy. Oh well.

these bring back some fond memories...

My tobaconist found some boxes of VSG he had in back. They were still the cabinet brand. About 7-10 years old. Plum on each cigar. Wonderful. Two boxes in my humidor now. One was a torpedo and other a robusto.
-
I have a locker at my local tobaconist. Each month they have a rep come in and do a tasting from various cigars.
As far as cubans go, I think you will find those in the industry with a growing agreeement...way overpriced and better selections available from the Dominican.
Rocky Patel came to our store two years ago and talked about it. The problem with the cubans is they don't have the money to keep reinvesitng in the soil for fertilizer and such, so each new batch is less quality then that before it. -
i should have you smuggle them down some time. there's a secret place you can hide them. i'll explain it to you over the phone. suffice to say that it's easier when you use the ones that come in the rounded tubes. make sure the rounded end points out, though, or retrieval can be painful
