Last nights dinner-Half Cocked chicken

Pretty simple. Half cocked chicken, stuffed peppers and potatoes in the foil.

I did a spatchcock chicken last night also. Brined it for 4 hours prior to cooking. When I stuck the thermapen in the thigh to check temp it was like a fire hose with liquid squirting out. :woohoo:
