Rhubarb Pie

Summer dessert for me is a simple rhubarb pie. Cooked on the egg it is even better than my child hood memories! Simply add sugar, flower, a bit of corn starch and a pinch of salt to sliced rhubarb. Fill the pie crust. Set up egg indirect at 400 deg and cook for about 50 minutes. YUM!

    No matter what you bake it on, ain't nothin' better than a good rhubarb pie. Well, maybe strawberry rhubarb. Well done!
