So I finally pulled the trigger on the XL that I have wanted for a long time. Along with the XL, Im building a table to hold both the new XL and the Large that I inherited from my dad.
I have a few pics of the table in rough form, test fitting the eggs. Sorry for the picture quality, but they are cell phone pics. I will add better pics when I get the table completed.
Here are the pics of the table in rough form.
Here is the first firing of the XL.

I actually like the planks sticking out at all different lengths- adds a really rustic feel to the table :P

Dam! That XL really shows the Large who it's daddy is. LOL. Side by side it's quite distinguished.
Looking good. Congrats on the purchase. -
should the feet be used on an xl.i thought the bottom had to be fully supported.

Do they send feet with the XL? If yes then they must be intended for the bottom right? Not being a smart ass I just dont know. :ermm:

I dont know for sure? I asked my dealer about the feet and he said here you go...
Does anyone know for sure if the bottom needs to be fully supported? -
Is that a L.C. down there? Are you also on the MUD forum? I've had an 80 and two 100's. Awesome machines, but they have no respect for gasoline.

It is an LC, an '81 FJ40. Its fun, mechanically its good, but needs a little body work. Unfortunately I have more hobbies than I have time.(Or $$) I'll have to check out the mud forum.
