It is. Well in person, that is..... some of my recipes have been to Eggfests. The funniest one was about 4 years ago when Bobbyb made my paella at Eggtoberfest. Bill Wise got the "recipe by" and "cooked by" backwards and when the first draft of the cookbook came out I was listed as cooking it.
Nature Boy was the first one to ask me about it, and as other folks read it, I started getting e-mails saying stuff like, "I was there too, why didn't you look us up?"Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -

Yeah, they are franchised now.... I met Doc Holliday years back and was inquiring about the cream corn (which is the best in my book), he told me love was the secret ingredient.
Anyway he caught me off guard by saying he had visited my cookin'site.... After he passed away, I put up a version of cream corn on the site. BTW, Rudy's is the only store bought sause (Doc's spelling) I use right out of the bottle, and their regular rub is one of the few I purchase.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
