Waking up the neighbors with burning apple wood:
The smoke attracted a little Princess:
I bought this long probe from Thermoworks to use with my multi-meter. It's great for checking temps around the interior without cracking the dome. Good for getting a good idea of what the ribs are experiencing in there:
Notice the difference at grate level. This is TW smoke-house probe with braided lead wire:

Hayhonker that is a very unique way to use a Fluke meter. If I may ask what was the model number of the probe and do you have the link for it? Thanks.Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.
