ok.. I want to make these for a boat cruise in a couple of weeks, Problem is, I dont have an egg on my sailboat. (yet)
Can I premake these at home on the Egg and reheat on my gasser or in the oven on the boat?

Can't answer your question, but I love sailing. I used to sail in the Boston Harbor all the time, and I've gone down to the Vineyard a few times too. Where do you sail?
