Felt like a good night for a little comfort food. Found these chops in the freezer the other day and decided to cook em tonight.
Raws (also salt/pepper):

Inside to brown before the egg

Ready to go at 350 for 50 minutes or so

Almost ready

Ready and just in time for mrs. fp to arrive. Very tasty and brought back memories of this meal from days gone by!

Thanks loco_engr
Garlic was maybe half teaspoon, forgot about the milk being an ingredient, but it was half a cup and yes uncovered. -
Dam the torpedoes, full speed ahead! :ermm:

I was wanting to try your DO chops for lunch today, so I kinda winged it. Had to buy a package of 4, but they fit ok in my 5 qt DO. I used 1 can of water for the 2 cans of soup. I did throw the sliced onions in the DO after the chops were browned to soften them up a tad and hopefully pick up some flavor.
Egging now as I write this and can't wait.
Hopefully they'll be 1/2 as good as yours looked! :cheer:aka marysvilleksegghead
