I bought two of them at a World Market around Thanksgiving/Christmas time to give to friends.

Try Cracker Barrell. We bought a Coca-Cola one there.

I don't know where you live but if you have a store called BEVM0, they supposedly carry the bottle opener that you are looking for. I checked their website and they do. Whether or not they carry it in their store might be another thing.
