Ham Shank

Trimmed the ham that I smoked on Saturday. Took the rind off and put a bunch of ham aside.

I put the rind, shank, knuckle, etc. back on the egg to for more smoke - apple and cherry.

Double smoked shank and other stuff waiting on beans - going to the store for some white beans :)

    I'm not saying who did it, but someone kept checking the Egg to make sure smoke was still being generated and each time they checked some tidbits went missing. :)

    BTW my traveling companion :kiss: doesn't go near the Eggs, so that just leaves one person. :blush:
