Picked up BGE, nest and BGE assembled, charcoal loaded and lit, Guru humming, waiting for egg to come up to temp and stablize, ribs waiting patiently. What's that rumble? EGAD! Thunderstorms 15 minutes away, but I will not be denied my first cook!
