I am purty anal about keeping my egg cleaned out so I have a question fer the egg family. They will be based on usage of the egg.

I use my egg 3-4 times a week and clean out the ash before every cooking. I've had my egg fer about 3 months or so and decided after my 17 hour brisket to clean out behind the firebox. When I cleaned out behind it, I had had about a dust pan full of ash and small pieces of coal. I didn't think that was too bad. I figured it was good to clean it out fer better air flow anyways and wouldn't hurt since I'd rather over clean then under clean! :woohoo:

Fer all the egg family:
How often do you cook on your egg?
