I thawed out 6 chicken breasts, and marinated half in Teriyaki and the other half in Mojo fer about 2 hours. I put some green bean on the stove along w/ some fresh field peas. I then cut up some fresh squash and zukes. I put olive oil on em and put em in 2 pans cause the ole lady don't like the way I spice mine. Half was done w/ garlic salt and crushed red pepper, and the other was done with garlic/onion powder and Asian seasoning. I slapped the squash/zukes on the plate setter and got her up to 350.
After they got to cooking up good, I threw on the chicken and basted both sides 1 time. Top it all off w/ a lil' Slap Ya Mamma!!! Easy way to cook a good and healthy meal that the whole family can enjoy!!!
