It's got nothing to do with me Gary, dont be hypersensitive. But you where schooling Morrow Bay Rich like he joined yesterday and was tweeving people. He has been around for years, though his post count may not reflect it. I just think you were out of line to treat him that way. Take it for what its worth or not at all, doesnt really matter.

Thanks for the info. I will have to try that. I would never have thought about Pineapple Head with sausage, but it looks great.

Spoon IMHO DP pineapple head is underrated when others say they put it on their popcorn or their ice cream they are not kidding.

I suggest you do that cook again and put half in the blender so your wife can experience the awesomenicity that I think this cook had.

I tried doing slits with some hillshire farm keilbasa (spelling?) and i cut too deep into the weiner and did not put any rub. I am a huge fan of DPPH so I am going to try that. I also prefer Echrich with skin to any other widely distributed smoked dong out there.
