I just took this stuff off the egg. No big deal, but good eats! Abts with Jamaican Firewalk and Nueskes Applewood bacon, avocado with salsa and some jalapeno and cheese stuffed smoked sausage from Fredricksberg, Texas. Good stuff! Thanks for the tip, LoneStarEgg!

The avocado idea came from the forum, I forgot who first posted it, but you rub it with olive oil and put a rub on it..I used D.P. Shakin' the Tree... and cook it face down, raised grid at 350, 10-15 mins., at least that's what I did.

DOW, I went to the liquor store and bought more tequila today. Yes, I'm getting great use out of your "tub" ! :P

Is Tony a "granddad" yet?
How's Bonnie's back? Tell her hi from me, please
-
Mike, I thought you didn't like avocados. Oh, man, you were right about that sausage! Bonnie is going to fire up the mini tomorrow and I'm gonna sneak a few more on when she isn't looking. :ermm: :P
-
Bonnie is gettong better day-by-day. It still bothers her to be on her feet for more than an hour or so. Looks like Austin is out for me. I want to wait until she can come with me. Tony, the proper English gent

 With Spring Chicken going under the knife after the Austin Eggstravaganza and Bonnie still in slo-mo, we may have to start an Egging Recoup Center

Waco is about mid-way isn't it??? Georgie and the little woman may a bit of room to accomodate them :pinch: -
Nope we both like avocado, in fact I made an avocado soup last week. Glad to hear that my sausage recommendation turned out well. That is some of the best sausage I've ever had.
-
That's right! Tony the Brit is the one who doesn't like them. Sheesh, too much tequila for me today. :S Funny thing about that sausage, I got another hunk of it after I put it in the fridge, and it's STILL juicy! That really is some darn good sausage.
