I just took this stuff off the egg. No big deal, but good eats! Abts with Jamaican Firewalk and Nueskes Applewood bacon, avocado with salsa and some jalapeno and cheese stuffed smoked sausage from Fredricksberg, Texas. Good stuff! Thanks for the tip, LoneStarEgg!

The avocado idea came from the forum, I forgot who first posted it, but you rub it with olive oil and put a rub on it..I used D.P. Shakin' the Tree... and cook it face down, raised grid at 350, 10-15 mins., at least that's what I did.

Nope we both like avocado, in fact I made an avocado soup last week. Glad to hear that my sausage recommendation turned out well. That is some of the best sausage I've ever had.

That's right! Tony the Brit is the one who doesn't like them. Sheesh, too much tequila for me today. :S Funny thing about that sausage, I got another hunk of it after I put it in the fridge, and it's STILL juicy! That really is some darn good sausage. ;)
