Garlic Rolls Monkey Bread Style

Knocked out some garlic rollup rolls made in my "Monkey Bread" pan.

Those look great, can you share the recipe? In the past I have made garlic rolls like these, but they are a bit smaller, and I stuff them with a meatball and a small piece of string cheese, then bake.

Just took some pizza dough (Caputo flour etc. ) rolled it out , smeared EVOO on there and sprinkled some of the Tasty Licks Veggie rub, it's sort of "herbed" garlic salt. Rolled them up , cut into 2" pieces, oiled the pan and baked at 450 to 500 until done ...they really got good. I really like using the pizza dough for these.Fred A. Yeah, let me know what you think. Just cut the string cheese into chunks and roll it up with the meatball. Dip them in marinara for an awesome appetizer!
