Did Baby backs with 3 different rubs. Lotta Bull, Blues Hog and DP Swamp Venom. 240 Grid Temp here they are after 3 hours.
Finished them all off with a mixture of Blues Hog Spiked with Tiger Sauce 5 1/2 hours later Look at them BONES.
The best rub today was blues hog, here is my plate

Might fine looking ribs, how do you keep the ends from toasting?
Again, those look great. -
To keep the ends from toasting I keep them under the platesetter so they cook indirect.
