La Bomba Oysters and Surf and Turf

I had a dinner party last night with the whole dinner cooked on the eggs.

First the chargrilled oysters, here is the prep, garlic butter, some with buckboard bacon, some with asparagus, some with La Bomba, parmesan and romano cheese:

I made a fattie, the same one Reelgem made at Eggtoberfest. I also made some ABT's along with the grilled pickles:





Main course - crabmeat stuffed tilapia, sprinkled with DP tsunami spin



Bacon wrapped filets:



Roasted brussel sprouts, potatoes au gratin (pioneeer woman recipe), and grilled asparagus- no pic of those



I guess they liked everything!





Rum cake for dessert!



The food was awesome and best of all, no mess in the kitchen!
