I can! Please send me an email asking for one, so I won't forget!...ask DOW hornhonk@verizon.net
-
I have a large one as well (not sure the size) so if I need to back up hornhonk just let me know!
Bruce -
I checked with Snoopy to see if platesetters would be available - said no.
I could use one for a couple cooks if someone could spare one - but I can just make a change in my plans as well.
Also could use a large CI skillet
Looking forward to it. -
Frank, When I need to cook indirect, I fold a piece of HDAF in two and set it on the main grid then put the extended grid above it. I bring the extended grid with me in a garbage bag so not to grease up the clothes in the suitcase. -RP
-
Hmmm - don't have an extended grid but guess I could pick one up. Should work for most simple things like stuffed fritos but not sure if it would work with an Ameretto peach cheesecake . I'll figure something out.
Thanks Randy - lookin forward to my first OKC fest and first of the year. -
We're bringing lots of stuff since we're driving this time. I'll also have at least one Dutch Oven, a large CI skillet, a plate setter for a Large Egg, some TJV rigs for a large Egg, some knives, tongs, spatula, Griddle, Egg Cleanout tool, Mapp Torch, Ice Chest, Rum 'n Coke mug, various seasonings, misscellaneous stuff and my Poker Winnings.
Let me know if you need anything special. Easy to add it to the pile.

My car will be full, too. Still taking orders.

Hey Frank:
If you end up with an extended grid can I borrow it first thing in the morning? Cookin' apple pies for breakfast and that would mean I didn't have to pack my cheap ass raised grid setup.
Doug -
Kim does her rum cake with this method. -RP
-
Doug, you can use mine in the morning, we don't normally use it until noon or so. -RP
-
Sure Kim,
Let me know of anything else.
Mike -
Thanks Randy, come have a slice of Randi's pie, she cooks up a good un.

Mr. Leroy,
I'll see you guys out there, and will bring some of my tools as well. Spoke w/JLOCKHART29 last night, and I'm looking forward to cooking with everyone out there. -
Kim,
I'll be bringing a full complement of tools for a LBGE with me from Texas, but looks like some of the others have you covered. Looking forward to saying hi to Randy and you in person in a few weeks!
