165° is the USDA recommended final temp, so take into account some rise in temp after it's off the cooker. A breast will rise 5 or 6 degrees.

Sometines I cheat the temperature a little, as long as the juices run clear.....Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
you are close enough as it will creep up 3-5 degrees.
