These are starting to be my go to cook for neighborhood gatherings. Thanks for the great technique Carwash Mike.
Here's the prepped ribs ready to go, just a little yellow mustard before applying some rub

Got'em on the Egg and ready for the long haul. One tip for newbies: The foil helps to protect the ends of your rack of ribs from burning.

The finished product. Let them go just a little longer than needed, but they were still pretty darn good.

Thanks Molly. Used royal oak lump and one nice sized chunk of cherry wood. Had a nice smoke ring, but the flavor wasn't overly smoky.
