Ross in Ventura

Yesterday was wet and cold in Ventura. My wife Jackie was looking at a recipe in one of her cooking magazines, she said it looked like the pasta that here mother made when she was young. Jackie and her twin sister Judy were born late in there mothers fathers life so she had stopped cooking when they were old enough to learn to cook so she decided to make this pasta last night so I made Focaccia Bread.
I let it rise again for an hour
Into the Egg @ 450*
Out in 20-min. and on to a cooling rack for 20-min.
This was a delicious meal
