Cooked this overnight in what turned out to be a 37" snow storm. The egg did great in 30mph winds. A 22 hour cook with plenty of lump left over.

Looks amazing, a great day to sit in and chow down...I've got two pork shoulders resting after 14 hours overnight...Although, just a dusting of snow in Chi-town...

Pork butt must be the theme for Super Bowl Sunday! I am 14 hrs in on two 8 lbers. Dome steady at 250 for hours, meat is 170 and I believe starting to come out of the 160 plateau.
