Had The MISFITS for lunch to celebrate Chavalo's B'day, I cooked two roulades....
The Raws **..................................................

Fired the monster.............


Seared at 340* C (600* F) for 10 min. & cooked at 180* C (350* F) Dome..until 150* F internal.




B'day cake made by Loren.............Strawberries with macaroon, pecans & cream cheese....................

Seems like everybody had a good time (B'day boy in the hat)..

& The proof this morning.......................9 empties
plus other spirits & beer
.......oh & 2 were designated drivers so didn't drink..... :woohoo:

Muchas gracias Tim....some trivia...you know....there are about 35 steps from the bottom floor to the Oven area....so when i cook there, I have to go up & down constantly for one thing or another, weighed myself before & after & I lost 1 kilo :laugh:

Spring "Beli Is Driving Me To Eat" Chicken
Spring Texas USA -
Voilá mi hermano.....beautiful Loren's Pie:For 15 persons
Crust Ingredients
6 egg whites
2 cups sugar
2 cups salted crackers crumbled
2 cups pecans crushed
1 cup cream of tartar
1 cup vanilla
Crust Directions
Beat eggwhites to form peaks...add cream of tartar, once hard add sugar & vanilla. Fold in cracckers & pecans. Put in a big pyrex greased with butter & flour. Bake at 350* for 20 min. Take out & let cool
Pie Ingredients
1 sachet dream whip
1 can Nestle's cream
3/4 cup sugar glass
1 lemon squeezed
1 cup vanilla
1 packet Philadelphia cheese
Pie Directions
Mix all ingredients & pour on top of crust
Add fruit: Strawberries, Cherries or other.
Put in fridge.
