Larry they are just basic cured "cazuelas de barro"....cured earthenware....given to me by a good friend many years ago...they are really seasoned now

Perhaps El Pollo Casa or Casa Del Pollo or El Rancho de Pollo or just Chicken Ranch would be better LOL.
However, me thinks it will require mucho dinero to habitat the area anytime soon.

Yum! Is that Raspberry Chipotle Sauce I see in the "raw" pic? I LOVE that stuff! I use it for everything! I add it to soy for marinade, balsamic vinegar for a dressing over arugula and feta or goat cheese, glazed on my grilled peaches.... endless possibilities!
