OT: Perfect Cuppa Coffee; Aged 28 Days

A friend (one of the guys in the film) turned me on to this method a while back, maybe 6 months ago. Have to say it produces a fabulous cup of coffee. There are a few more steps, but if you like aged beef, this is an excellent counterpart.

You can skip some of these steps (I don't pre-wet the filter any more, shhhh  ). But once you do it a few times, it becomes second nature. clickez vous>> The Perfect Cuppa Joe: Aged Coffee

Not kidding here... I'm on a deadline and have been drinking coffee like I'm afraid they are gonna take it away from me. I made a frsh pot at 12:30 last night, no kiddin'. hahaha

  • Dang - I figured out the numbers -

    28 days
$2.50 for a Venti at Starbucks

$70 saved...but I would be out 27 cups of coffee waiting for the 1st cup. This brings me to attitude...a real bad one going coffeeless for 27 days. Trust me - I would suck to be around!

28 days. That's a lot of lead time...but I can see why you'd need to pre-wet the filter.
