Im currently chef at a seafood restaurant and consultant to a BBQ restaurant. Anyone knows where I may be able to find a brining pump or something I can inject briskets and pork butts fairly easy and quick, I dont want the normal 2 and 4 oz injectors. I once had seen a pump of somekind that ran off an electric motor. Thanks in advance.

Is this the Chef Wil of Louisiana Fame?
You can buy a really cool brining pump that is hand operated but works awesome for what you are looking for here...
