I've used mine once for cold smoking some cheese and the cheeses was awesome!
I'm going to be trying some salmon after the holidays on the first day it's NOT below freezing.
This ProQ doesn't throw any heat to speak of just a lot of smoke so, apparently you have to be careful with weather that's too hot or too cold. Lot of learning curve going on with it.
There will be others to explain how to 'cold smoke' with stuff at hand.
