Bought first Jar of Dizzy Dust

Drove to next town over to get a jar of Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust for a pork loin on egg tonight. If you havent tried it, the smell is worth the price (and Wow, the place I bought it from was VERY proud of it  )!
Dizzy Dust is much more intense with more depth than all off the shelf rubs I have tried to date, and I have a cabinet full. The raves it gets on this site are well earned. Cant wait to try several of the other flavors!
Tonight we eat from the hooves of "One Magical Animal - Homer Simpson".

You just made my day. Thanks very much for going out of your way to sprinkle our dust on your hard-earned meat!
Happiest of holidays to you, and I hope you enjoy the loin.
It's beer thirty!

Dave,
Local Dizzy Pig? Do tell! Not that I mind mail ordering, of course.
You must also try Shakin' the Tree (fish and veggies - really great on foil pouch veggies), Raising the Steaks, Cow Lick, Raging River (outstanding on steelhead trout and salmon), and our favorite, Tsunami Spin. I hear Pineapple Head is great, too, but I haven't tried that one yet.Egging in Crossville, TN -
I just ordered some today from the website. I ordered Dizzy Pig and Tsunami. I can't wait to try them. I am thinking about doing a butt or two for New Year's Day. I will start the cook the night before so I have time for a 20+ hour cook.
The only issue I have with the Dizzy Dust is the shipping cost. However, the closest dealer is on the other side of L.A. County from me, so I figure my time and gas makes up for the shipping. Wish I could find it locally. -
Dave , Shad does carry all the DD rubs.

Michelle,
Denton is just up the street! We play baseball (my 13U) up in Argyle, so I run up to that plant store on 377 in south Denton a lot during summer.
Got the Dust at Foremans over in Colleyville, but they are at 10.95 per bottle
. If you are buying 3 or more, I would go mail order. Also, you know you are getting fresh product versus something sitting on a shelf for extended period!
Trying their sample pack next, along with the jamaican and the asian. Also may get a jar of coarse ground for butts!
Kind regards,

Yeah, but, as you know, Upland is kind of a hike from here. I don't get up that way very often. I would like to see someone carry it here in the O.C.

Merry Christmas Chris.
With all this talk of people searching high and low for your product. I thought you would know who you sell to in quantities. Could you put up a retail locator on your web-site?
Beers toya. -
I recently ordered rubs from Dizzy Pig. They are great people to work with.

Thanks, Dave. It's nice to know there's a back-up if I have an "egg-mergency", but I'll stick with mail order in general. Chris and crew have always been great to order from.
Which is the Asian? I know the Jamaican (personal taste, though, I'm not a fan of jerk flavor). Is there yet another new DP I haven't tried besides pineapple? Must go check site now....Egging in Crossville, TN -
No, I think I was referring to the Tsumami Spin (read thru product list earlier), which on first read sounded more asian (far east) than typical.

Dave where exactly are you located? I am in Soth O.C.

What is the address or full name of this place and I'll look it up. I travel to So Cal a bit. Cannot find it in NV. Thanks.

Ah, that's our favorite for ribs and for potato salad and cole/broccoli slaw. There's something in it that just really snazzes up those mayo-based salads.
Oh, and it's really good with the melted butter you use for lobster and crab legs. I put a slice of lemon in a ramekin/custard cup, then sprinkle some Tsunami Spin, then top with melted (but not clarified) butter. Melted butter has so much more buttery flavor goodness than clarified.Egging in Crossville, TN -
Dale, I am in Santa Ana next to Tustin.

Thanks Mike. It's been up for a couple months now. Top tab.

That was quick Chris. My dealer, Pinch A Penny, just got it in and you already have them on your list.

Maybe I shoulda looked before posting?

it says the closest dealer to me is Catonsville Auto Parts. That's funny.

The place is called Outdoor Kitchen Creations. The store is located in Upland. They are really nice people and can answer a lot of questions. Here is their link:
