Adam,
You are gonna have so much fun. it must be nice to live in a State where you can still hunt grouse. I remember every Thanksgiving going out with my Gran-Pa pheasant hunting.....but alas, no more wild pheasant in Ohio. Have a fun safe hunt

Found this on the forum recently and a friend of mine has been wanting a large for his new outdoor kitchen. After 3 years of eating my ribs, I am going to teach him the BGE way at his house. He used to boil babys and then a gasser. YUK! We have to pick it up tomorrow. The small stays with the seller.

Practicing our competition ribs on Sat, then doing 2" Rib Eye steaks for football on Sunday. Beautiful weather out here in Arizona

Tonight: haven't decided yet
Tomorrow: Practice run on a turkey since I've never done one on the egg before. Already have the Madmax instructions printed out.
Sunday: Some big ribeyes are sounding pretty good..... -
I did the Mad Max turkey on Wednesday and it turned out great. The Egg and Max's technique make for a very moist and flavorful bird.

My butcher had beef ribs earlier in the week. If he still does, I'm doing beef ribs with a pomegranate glaze for Sunday dinner.

Is the green bean casserole going on the EGG? Interesting. With a couple of Eggs a person wouldn't need the kitchen for the holidays at all.

Ron,
How do you do green bean casserole. I've tried them from scratch but never got it right. Thanksgiving this year was best so far.

I got a porklion cured and ready to smoke for some Canadian bacon. Have not given any thought to the rest of the weekend.
