Hello all. What's the best way to cook wings on the BGE? Temp, indirect, direct, elevated stands, ete...I'm about to cook them for the in-laws so I'm at a loss for words...They just showed up and know I have a BGE.

Raised direct 400 degrees.

There was a thread about this earlier today. Take a look at it. I posted a link to my Buffalo wings recipe there. If you go to our blog and search for wings, you'll find a bunch of different recipes. My basic technique is indirect, about 400 degrees to crisp the skin, for about 40 minutes with apple wood smoke. Then toss in your choice of sauce and serve.
Good luck,

Since you don't have time to marinate the wings, just put rubs on them on both sides. I like to use various rubs when I make wings. I don't just use one rub for all the wings.
I know I am late on this post for you but it never hurts for the next time.
