Here is some grilled tuna on the mini...
Oh, you didn't mean that kind of grilled tuna...
Chicken and Turkey tonight for deli meat, sausage Saturday and a nice DO Pot Roast on Sunday.
Weekend is planned and it looks like the first snow cook of the year for us.

Tomorrow I'm doing a fattie stuffed with poblenos, potabella mushrooms, and cheese. Also doing a breakfast taco stuffed with scrambled egg, poblanos and mexican cheese. All for breakfast to be washed down with some bloody marys.
-
Tonight will be pizza night for me and the wife. Saturday she'll be gone for the evening so i'll have the whole house to myself! Probably do wings and abts for dinner. Sunday will be a real treat - my 21 day aged ribeye. Hoping all goes well!
-
Planning on some stuffed chicken breasts (honey maple ham and swiss) wrapped in bacon tonight. Going to do some ABT's tomorrow afternoon and mabye some NY strip for dinner! Can't wait!
-
I'm also going to do some shrimp fried rice on the wok on the egg. The bride got me a wok and spider for my b-day and I cook on it at least twice a week. I like the high temps and quick stir frys you can get.

GG.
Snow Cook!!! :woohoo: This weekend it's supposed to be sunny and 67 F in Ohio.

I have rib eyes for tomorrow night but they won't be nearly as good as those aged ones you're going to enjoy.

Hoping to do some ribs on Sunday. Haven't tried those yet and plan to follow CarWash Mike's recipe. My 9 yr. old's eyes light up when I mention ribs so I think I'll have a helper.
-
I've read a lot about that recipe and would love to give it a try as well... anyone care to share it? mike?
cheers! -
Tonight
AZRP Shrimp & burgers
Tomorrow
Cast & Blast with my son then come home & grill up some NY strips
Sunday
Don't know yet but it will be tasty...but watching the Fighting Atlanta Falcons beat the Puny Carolina Panthers will make it a lot better...have a great weekend.
:silly: -
Bought half an organic pig a few weeks ago. Tomorrow will do the spare ribs. I've had "natural" ribs a few times. I suspect the organic will be somewhat the same. That is, smaller, less fat. They cook faster, and are easy to dry.
If I'm ambitious, I'll try making "Braunschweiger" on Sunday with some of the shoulder and liver. I've come across a couple of recipes that suggest smoking the meat first before grinding, so I'll give that a try. -
those shrimp are amazing...
have a great one!
cheers -
I'll never tell!

Deplesis,
I can't decide between stuffed duck breasts, stuffed beef tenderloin, stuffed rack of lamb or stuffed shrimp. Whatever I decide it will be accompanied by stuffed baked potatoes, stuffed tomatoes and stuffed mushrooms.
