That is a Griswold 5.
8" diameter, (8-3/4" diameter measured across the pouring spouts), and 12-1/4" if you include the handle. It's 2" deep. It's a good size for the Egg. They stopped making them in 1957, mine is about 20 years older than that.
This one is a Griswold 3, I like them too because you can serve from them. (Forget a #4, those are for hardcore collectors only)

Barbecue folks are doing all kinds of stuff with bacon nowadays...... like wrapping just about anything, weaving, dipping in chocolate, and even deep frying it.
