1st BB rib's

Finally decided to try some ribs today. I've never been much of a rib fan but like the country ribs but these today were on target. Followed CWM's technique as shown on thirdeye's site and found it very helpful.

Used some of the low sodium Coach's Low Country Boil Seasoning for the rub. Misted as instructed w/apple cider vingear and apple juice. These went about 5hrs and rested about 10 minutes. Used some apple from BENTE but need to work on the smoke. Oh well they were great and another great meal.
