need a finishing sauce for the London Broil

Is there a finishing sauce for the London Broil.
I would also be intrested in a good method on the london broil cook it self. (i have checked the search on this cook already)

Sometimes we like a nice Bernaise sauce on London Broil, Tri Tip etc...
since London Broil is a thick piece of meat I usually sear it on both sides and then cook at 350 until it is 125 internal... -
I've had excellent results just cooking it like a regular steak. Hot tubbed it for an hour, then sear at 600* 90secs each side. Turns out perfect.


and if you want a sauce maybe carmalize and onion, add some chopped mushroom and au jue sauce. -
Love just good ole GARLIC BUTTER.

I slice the top off a whole garlic bulb - wrap it in aluminum foil with oil oil and herbs. Set that right on the grill as you are cooking then when it is done you will drizzle the garlic oil over top.
