Even Better than Explosion??

I have a buddy that made something similar to a bacon explosion.....'cept he used a fileted venison backstrap, cream cheese and boudain

I haven't tried it.....yet, but bound to be better than the regular bacon explosion. I love me some boudain!!

    That has got to be fantastic! :P I havn't had boudain sence I was in Eunice La. with my gepsy friends. I had a great time there. ;) Tim

    I've ate a lot of crawfish but, I don't seem to care for it any more.
