Country style beef ribs..any tips?

Just picked up a pack of country style beef ribs (boneless) and was looking for a good way to cook them. A forum search didn't yield a whole lot of suggestions for this cut of beef. Would I do them like steaks, or low and slow? :ermm: Any tips would be greatly appreciated

never did the boneless but I would think low and slow like the short ribs

We have cooked them in a crock potw/a cabernet-mushroom reduction-they will be tasty.

What are COUNTRY STYLE BEEF RIBS ?

Cooked these a couple of week ago. Used Chilone's All Purpose Dry Rub (See Cookbook section) and then used the 3-1-1 method. On the fourth hour though, I put the meat in a cast iron pot with maybe a tablepoon or two of apple juice for moisture and covered it, instead of wrapping in foil.
They were moist and yummy. We don't like our ribs slathered in bbq sauce, just serve it on the side. They were even more delicious as leftovers.
