Country style beef ribs..any tips?

Just picked up a pack of country style beef ribs (boneless) and was looking for a good way to cook them. A forum search didn't yield a whole lot of suggestions for this cut of beef. Would I do them like steaks, or low and slow? :ermm: Any tips would be greatly appreciated ;)
