meatloaf is great on the egg i have been wanting to make it again but keep forgeting when i go to the store.
one thing i have found i really like is alton brown's glaze for his meatloaf

i mean what you put in your meatloaf varies from person to person. and if you are like me from one time to the next. but i will always make that glaze for every meatloaf i make in the future.. give it a try next time
