<p />I also did Jamaican jerked lamb that was really good. I never did lamb but got sparked a while back from a post NB made. Looked so good I had to try it. I would have covered the bones in foil like a crown roast but.......................they went so fast I don't think anyone noticed but me.[p]I will do these again.[p]Insomnia on a Sunday.[p]Go Bears!!!!!![p]Mick
