<p />I also did Jamaican jerked lamb that was really good. I never did lamb but got sparked a while back from a post NB made. Looked so good I had to try it. I would have covered the bones in foil like a crown roast but.......................they went so fast I don't think anyone noticed but me.[p]I will do these again.[p]Insomnia on a Sunday.[p]Go Bears!!!!!![p]Mick

MickeyT, wrap the bones with foil and they wont burn....better without the jerk seasoning, I think....look great....domestic lamb better quality...

MickeyT,[p]That appears to be a rack of lamb? Did good on the egg? I have several in the freezer only mine is New Zealand lamb (I think).[p]Chris in Pearland, TX
