Got off work last night at 1000 and wanted to Cook on BGE. Ran to local grocery and picked up a couple of pork loins. These where awesome! The forum was a great help.
Stuffed with smoked moz, arti, garlic chick sausage, onions, shrooms, japo. peppers and feta. Added Joe's stuff seasoning.
350 degrees indirect for 50 minutes, pulled and wrapped
These were great! Cooked an extra one for the guys at work.

NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED WITH PICS?

Nice cook!
That's a whole lot of stuffin' and they tied up nicely. Shall I assume you cooked the sausage a bit before using in the loin?
Some day when I grow up I want to be able to cook one of these -
Great job, looking great.

Bill, I used the pre-smoked chicken gour. sausage. Tied up nice, I was a little worried at first.

Nice looking cook...looks like maybe tenderloin, as opposed to loin?
Roulade is great, isn't it? And not nearly as hard as it looks. Try wrapping it in bacon to keep it nice and juicy. -
BMB, correct tenderloin. I'll try the bacon wrapping next, the wife likes to keep the fat away from me when she can. Great stuff!

Cook looks very good.
You are using the barcode: forum buttons. You have the closing html then the url address then the opening url code.
Remember the first use of the boardcode: buttons places the opening html tag and the second usage is the closing html tag.
