Tarte flambée

Howdy...

I cooked a couple of "Tarte flambée", or in german "Flammkuchen" today.
For those of you who dont know this old dish from the french/german borderline, its a very thin dough topped with creme fraiche, salt, pepper, onions and diced bacon, then baked at high heat.
