Tarte flambée

Howdy...
I cooked a couple of "Tarte flambée", or in german "Flammkuchen" today.
For those of you who dont know this old dish from the french/german borderline, its a very thin dough topped with creme fraiche, salt, pepper, onions and diced bacon, then baked at high heat.

You gotta try this, its very easy but soooo delicious !

Its really too easy...

Make or buy a pizza dough, roll very thin, top with creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper, add bacon and onions, bake on egg at 500 F until crispy.
