Old Bay Corn & Potatoes on the grill

I was trying to think of something different as a side dish to go with the Airline Chicken that I was making last night.
I came up with kind of a crab boil without the crab or boiling.
Mix a bunch of corn, red bliss potatoes, lemon juice (1 lemon), beer (1/4 cup), and a stick of butter.
Put it all on a double sheet of foil

Top that with another double sheet of foil and seal all of the edges real tight.
Put directly on the grill at 350-400f for 10 minutes. Flip and go another 10 minutes. It's done! Be careful when opening it because the steam will be VERY HOT.
The corn and potatoes are perfectly done and the flavor is fantastic. The kick of the Old Bay and the lemon really waken things up!

This one was a hit with all 7 of us last night.
For more details about it, you can check out my blog post about it, but I think you can figger it out from this

Great improvisation. Have all of the above waiting at home. I think I know what will be for dinner. Thanks!

That is a great way to do veggies. We still do corn in the microwave though.
