Damn,these are tasty :woohoo: I can't wait to do these again.After a little cutting,it was ready to go on the medium 


A little of this,and the meat is ready

I got the medium good and hot

And threw in my "well seasoned" cast iron grate

Time to add the delicious meat :woohoo:


A minute or so a side,and it's done :ohmy:

nice job sparky .... one thing though, when you slice the final product, you actually sliced with the grain. .. . next time, take long slices "north to south" down the length of the steak, that is actually against the grain and you will get more tender slices. . . here is a pic .....

Looks fantastic! Getting a half-angus for Christmas from my folks farm...called my mom last night to discuss what cuts I wanted this year, and told her that I AM GETTING THE HANGER STEAK! Can't wait.
