    they look like they held together well. and you seem to be master of the single flip.

    i made some burgers yesterday as part of a long series of cooks, and they turned into tennis balls with multiple grid lines.

    been partially freezing the burgers, seems to hold them together well on the grill. these ones were hot with withcy red, cayenne, and chipotle and the bomba. surprised i didnt get any complaints from the heat

    Those look great.

    The appearance of my burgers is lacking.

    I like the 2 flip to get the cross hatch marks.

    I never get that great color :angry:

    Ever try poking a hole in the center of the patties with your finger before you put them on the grid?

    As they cook they draw together and close the hole instead of drawing up into a ball.

    yeah. um. wife made these. and in a hurry. and mojito fueled.

    we did some 4th of july with ground chuck, big, wide, dimpled. they did better.
