Any hints on temperature and time to do two beer can chickens today is appreciated.
Cooking for my birthday, but going to a pot luck so I don't have to clean up.

450 for one hour.
I don't go by time but an hour should do it. Make sure the juices are running clear and I like 180 in the thigh.

wow, wish i had seen this yesterday!
I used a strongbow instead of a beer and The height of the chicken is causing an airflow issue.
I have an hour still before i have to leave for my own party so we'll see how far it gets at 350, and if we are not close in half an hour, well, I'll figure something out. Not like this is the only meat showing up!
On a side note, the grocery store has beef tenderloins on sale for 4$ a lbs. Maybe 3, its crazy cheap, just have to get 15$ worth of something else. And they are offer to cut it free.
I prognosticate surf and turf in the future
