Just wokking in the rain.....

We still need rain here like most place's in the SE. At least my "office" is "filling up".

Mrs. FoodPolice got home late tonight from the "precinct" so we didn't get the cook in while it was dry. Just a light rain while cooking the app's but the veggie's & meat were in a slight frog strangler.

Made some of the wontons w/ the homemade "fake" crab stuff, it's always good and used up the last two homemade eggrolls out of the freezer.

Mixed the sauce up out of water, low sodium soy sauce, hoisin sauce & corn starch.

Steamed some of the basmati rice inside in the steamer.

Marinated the strip w/ help from a recipe I modified: chili powder, ls soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime pepper & basil. I'll use this rub again on a steak, lot's of flavor.
